Hot Honey Chicken Tenders
Marinade Ingredients
- 10 chicken tenders
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 3 Tbsp Franks Buffalo Hot Sauce
- 2 cups Buttermilk
Breading Ingredients
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 1 Tbsp salt
- 1 Tbsp pepper
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp onion powder
- 1 Tbsp cayenne pepper
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
Hot Honey Sauce Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp smoked paprika
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup Frank’s Hot Sauce
Directions
Marinate chicken for at least 2 hours, overnight if desired. Heat pot of oil to 350F. Toss marinated chicken in breading and deep fry. Toss fried chicken in sauce or serve sauce separately.
