Best Pizza Dough
Ingredients
- 425g 00 Flour
- 15g Sugar
- 6g Yeast
- 225g Water
- 10g salt
Directions
Combine all ingredients in mixing bowl. Mix thoroughly. Pour mixture onto counter and start kneading for at least 10 minutes. When it is finished it should pass the window pane test otherwise keep kneading and add splash of water if needed. This should make 2-12 pizza crusts.
